Pumpkin Curry and Naan

I am like a new mother who loves to snap photos of her newborn. However, my newborns are covered in fur and instead of screaming at night, they purr on my chest and then run around playing with a toilet paper roll.

Oh, you wanted to see more photos of them? I came prepared.

Most of my days are filled with school, work and solid kitty cuddling time. It leaves me no time to set up my camera, take my time and create photographed recipes. Soon, school will get easier with a new semester approaching and my recipe blogging will be in full throttle once again.

We have been making food on our days off. This past weekend we made Pumpkin Curry and Naan.

I literally threw the following ingredients into a large saute pan and let things mingle for 30 minutes:
- chunks of roasted pumpkin
- seared chicken thighs
- thinly sliced spanish onion
- cooked green beans
- madras curry powder
- coconut milk
- chicken broth

As for the naan. Tyler made the dough and we cooked it on the stove in hot large saute pan.

We were really enjoying our dinner until our rascals began climbing up Tyler's back, trying to get a little taste of dinner.

I have a feeling our dinners will never be the same.

Any requests of what you'd like me to make for my next big recipe posts? I'd love some ideas!
