This week was my first week back in school.
Yes, I know... my school only allows us a three week vacation. I actually like it since it means I graduate sooner!
Back to oatmeal, salads, fancy clothes and the school gym. Yipeeeee.
I was sort of feeling excited and a little bored already with the fact that I had access to the gym again. On one hand, I could now use the weights, treadmill and aerobics room....and on the other, I knew my free "do whatever I want" attitude toward working out would stop.
The last three days I have been running on the treadmill, playing with the kettle balls and enjoying that the building is air conditioned.
While I was on my 6 week break, I just ran. Sometime I did a plank or two and maybe some push ups, but that was it.
So when I got back to the gym, I had a goal of trying new routines and you know....stuff.
I don't have anything really really exciting to share, except this killer core routine!!
It's called the Gold Medal Abs and it means business. I did it twice this week. I love that it's not just an abs, but a total core workout.
You should probably try this routine, even if you're in your pj's eating ice cream. Just kidding, wait until tomorrow.
Anything fun and new and exciting you've been trying at the gym? Other than crossfit and bodypump and yoga....I don't have those classes available to me ;)
