I know, I deserve a major smack on the tush for not updating the blog these past few weeks. It felt wrong of me to neglect such a big part of my life. Guess what else I neglected? WORKING OUT!
I ran like twice maybe three times a week for the past month.
I actually felt great having a break from my workout routine. My body felt 10 times more relaxed and natural. I am rethinking what's necessary and what's overboard when it comes to working out now too.
With the three weeks of France and then quickly getting whisked away to Michigan with the boyfriend, my whole schedule has been off....even my bowel movement schedule.
Yes. You see I've missed writing to you and telling you all about my life, my workouts, the food I've been eating and cooking. It's been quite a tragedy to not blog. However ladies and fine looking gentleman, I am back and I am ready to delight you with some creativity that's been building up through my veins!
I could totally schpeel you with more stories, incredible photos and memories from France, but let's be real... you'd probably be rolling your eyes and saying to yourself "Ugh, this is so not fare, I wish I could take a three week food, wine and agriculture trip around France".
Instead, how about pictures from the past week where I spent 7 days fishing, eating, relaxing and giggling with the boy I fell in love with and his lovely grandparents?
Absolute bliss I tell you.
If you actually read the few paragraphs at the top of the page, you might have spotted that I have had some discomforting non-bowel movements. I'm guessing it's a combination of diet changes, food overload, lack of water and traveling.
Now that I am home and ready to recharge, I don't think there's any better way then try something I've never tried before.
A JUICE FAST!
I just got a juicer of my own and want to really put it to use. I am going to attempt my new fast tomorrow or Wednesday. Eeeeeeeeh!
Any tips or tricks when it comes to a juice fast?
