My oh my have I had a few days of good eating! I usually would say that if I spent a weekend surrounded my artisan cheese, bread and ice cream with a side of bone marrow, but this time I mean it in a complete and utterly healthy food way.
Healthy food tastes so gosh darn good after a few weeks of butter and cheese.
I mean, I could go for a little bit of gelato right now, but that's decent since I've had an apple for dessert everyday.
I woke up feeling great. So much so that I snapped a happy photograph of myself before going for a run. (No, I do not run in a sports bra. I put on a shirt afterward).
I don't have any crazy creative healthy foods to show you. Just simple, lightly seasoned wholesome food.

I am now OBSESSED with sweet potatoes. I love that you can buy the ones individually wrapped that you can microwave in 7 minutes. YES!
I found myself in my bathroom with scissors...
5 minutes later my sink was filled with hair in my personal attempt to have a little bit of side fringe.
Ummmm. I will never do that again. I think I failed.
