a post with no title...oh wait.


My oh my have I had a few days of good eating! I usually would say that if I spent a weekend surrounded my artisan cheese, bread and ice cream with a side of bone marrow, but this time I mean it in a complete and utterly healthy food way. 

Healthy food tastes so gosh darn good after a few weeks of butter and cheese. 

I mean, I could go for a little bit of gelato right now, but that's decent since I've had an apple for dessert everyday. 

I woke up feeling great. So much so that I snapped a happy photograph of myself before going for a run. (No, I do not run in a sports bra. I put on a shirt afterward).

I don't have any crazy creative healthy foods to show you. Just simple, lightly seasoned wholesome food. 
KALE, EGG, SWEET POTATO
BEET, APPLE, CARROT, CUC + GINGER JUICE
PLAIN OATMEAL
ALMOND MILK, PEACH, BANANA + SUN WARRIOR PROTEIN POWDER
SPINACH, CHICKEN BREAST + SWEET POTATO

I am now OBSESSED with sweet potatoes. I love that you can buy the ones individually wrapped that you can microwave in 7 minutes. YES!

I found myself in my bathroom with scissors...
5 minutes later my sink was filled with hair in my personal attempt to have a little bit of side fringe.

Ummmm. I will never do that again. I think I failed.
note my sad expression. I'm like a 5 year old who cut her hair when mom wasn't looking!
 Another note.... Snooki was doing a book signing at the Barnes and Noble I was at yesterday. Totally random. I can't believe how many little girls had her book and were excited to meet her!
What could that woman possibly write about?
