Oh how I love the Beatles.
Guess what? My hard drive died and I lost everything. I thank the little angels on this earth that my blog wasn't apart of this disaster. I'm also happy it was only my hard drive and not entire lap top. A quick shout out to the Tech Smiths in New Paltz! They were nerdy, helpful and extremely nice. If you are a local, don't drive all the way to Danbury to fix your Apple. They are Apple certified!
To cheer me up from my computer woes, Ilana was kind enough to bring me a little goodie she recently made. Lemon Poppyseed Shortbread! She just posted the recipe. You should probably go make some...

To make up for my lack of drinking any alcohol lately, my France Food, Wine and Agriculture Trip teacher held a champagne tasting for us. To go with the five champagnes, a slice of brie on a piece of baguette. Have I mentioned how much I love my school? Only 4 more weeks until my class goes to France! I am soooooooo ready. Ya'll know I'm going to get my hands on some chocolate granola.
I'm sure any college student, college graduate or straight up busy person can relate to my dinner last night..... handful of pretzels, spoonful of peanut butter, chickpeas and an apple.
|such a brown dinner....|
To keep the brown food theme going, this morning I whipped up a simple whole wheat lavash wrap with peanut butter and a banana. Gobbled this up with a mason jar filled with warm black coffee....my morning is GOLDEN.
I already have plans to bake something incredibly delicious this afternoon. GET READY!
Oh and please help out my friend Kateryna and like her new graphic design business by liking her facebook page :)
