Whole Wheat Hemp, Chia + Vanilla Banana Bread

Well it has been one heck of a weekend.

If you haven't already noticed, I moved this week.

No big deal, just bought my very own KITCHEN TABLE, DRESSER AND BATH TOWELS.

Oh hey? When did life get so expensive?

To be real, I have been on cloud nine decorating my new place. Even if my facial expressions have looked stressed, I am so happy to be living with someone that makes me feel like a trillion dollar bills.

While he worked hard on the kitchen table and dresser, my goal was to make our new little home smell like banana bread.

(Healthy banana bread ofcourse)






Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup hemp seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Grade A Maple Syrup
1/4 cup canola or coconut oil
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 vanilla bean 
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cinnamon

To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
1. Combine above ingredients
2. Pour batter into a non-stick loaf pan
3. Sprinkle a hemp seeds and oats over top
4. Bake for 45 minutes
5. Allow to cool. 
6. Enjoy with a cup of hot coffee
