Yesterday was the best Valentine's Day I have ever had. I've had some pretty wonderful Valentine's in my life too, but yesterday was simply perfect.

Not to mention these roses from Tyler were beeeeautiful.

I attempted to curl/wave my hair because it was Valentine's Day...I wanted to look a little extra girly. It felt nice. I might do it more often just because. 

I wore all black because I realize I do not own anything red. So, I painted my nails red, wore my red watch and GAP's (RED) bracelet.

I felt it was necessary to eat Special K with strawberries for lunch because it was Valentine's Day and I can do what I want. The strawberries were red and I liked that. It felt fitting for the holiday?

French Macaroons might have been purchased and shared with my Valentine....might have.

Nope, definitely shared and enjoyed with my Valentine. Raspberry, Espresso and Orange Marmalade...mmm. Quite delicious. 

I unfortunately did not snap any photos of the candlelight picnic we made on my floor.
 He got us brie, Gruyere, crackers, bread, cookies and Toblerone dark chocolate. I completed the picnic with slices tomatoes with grey salt.

Before bed, we watched The Wild Thornberry's. We randomly started talking about it and before we knew it, we were watching the very first episode of season one. Does anyone else remember this show? Our favorite is the dad, Nigel.

I enjoyed Valentine's Day with Tyler so much. It felt like any other wonderful day with him with a phew extra special surprises. Just the way it should be :) I am in total bliss. I would have never guessed I would be so happy. It's really true, you find the right one when you're least expecting it.
