oh oh oh mondays. I don't usually have a preference for days of the week. Here at school, im in my own little bubble and the days seem to mush together. Time also goes by very quickly here too. HOWEVER, yesterday truly had a
monday feel to it. I didn't get as much sleep as I had wished after coming home late from the city, my morning run was longer than expected...because I got a little lost (5.5mi) and people in class seemed to work at a slower pace (including myself).
I had been waiting for this salad all weekend long.

Today is Tuesday! I am happy about that. I am loving the warmer weather. Despite the fact the kitchens get hot and I get sweaty. Imagine. 80 degree kitchen + chef pants, shirt, coat, socks.... = sweat.
