I know spring is around here somewhere in New York. I am hoping and praying it comes soon. Moods seem to lift when spring is sprung. I'm looking forward to enjoying a walk outside without the cold or miserable freezing wind.

Class went smoothly yesterday. I made baba ghanoush, beet salad, tabouleh and cucumber yogurt salad. Unfortunately there is a no cell phone policy = no iphone camerea = no pictures....
I wish I could document everything in school, but it's just not possible. Especially as we get busier in the kitchens.
What would you want to see more of on my blog in the meantime? Any ideas??
