This salad is vegan, raw and very healthy. It's sweet, savory and green...it's just down right wonderful. A perfect salad for the one healthy item at an office party, bring to a friend's potluck dinner party or just for you.
I really suggest you make it:
Warning: if you follow a vegan diet and wish to use agave syrup instead of honey, feel free.
if you follow a raw diet, feel free to use an alternative raw oil.
Ingredients:
- Kale, chopped
- Chickpeas
- Avocado
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Red onion, minced
- Garlic, minced
- Sprinkle of: salt, pepper + red pepper flakes
- Drizzle of: extra virgin olive oil, honey and lemon juice
Mix it all together, let it hang in the fridge for a bit to let all the flavors "melt" together.
Et, Viola.
